I'm also going to kick off this post with great idea that I found months ago on someone's blog while looking for interior decorating inspiration.
I have 5 months left to complete the things on this list which doesn't give me much time. I'll just mark them off as I go. Since I waited so long to start I figure I'll simply just add one more thing to my list when I do turn 30. That way I'll have one more year to finish!
In no particular order, 30 before 30:
Get more organized.Start a blog with my passions in life.- Get more cardio into my routine on the weekly.
- Finish the redesign of my graphic design portfolio.
Compile the necessities to start some type of freelance gig.- Refinish kitchen cabinets.
- Organize garage (this is essential since we always need things from there and can never find it, this often turns me into one angry beaver).
- Refinish nightstand (long overdo).
- Donate toiletries to Rescue Mission, this is long overdo.
- Re-caulk both bathtubs for a fresher look.
- Warm up the front of the exterior of the house for a little bit of curb appeal.
- Try to focus more and focus on tasks at hand, it is such a challenge for me.
- Organize the computer room and make it more appealing to work in.
- Create more art, I need to do this especially to add some pizazz to my walls.
Finish unfinished crafts, projects.Create custom pegboard storage for my 3 yr. old's play area.(link to tutorial to follow soon)- Be more outdoorsy.
Learn more adobe cs tutorials.- Learn Macromedia flash.
- Make chocolate chip cookies from scratch.
- Go on a road trip.
- Paint most of the inside of the house.
- Find a cute nightstand for my son's room for a tiny fish tank, which I'm still debating getting or not.
- Not sweat the small stuff so much.
Figure whether or not I want to go back to school.- Work more with typography.
Do more crafts/art with magazines and newspapers.- Make fresh spring rolls from scratch.
Go downtown & sit and drink a cocktail while listening to a Jazz band.- Make it to any of the kitschy stores in my city, especially to see some mid-century modern furniture!
